Wesley J. Allred, CPA
Managing Shareholder
Wes has been serving clients in Garden City and the surrounding region for more than four decades. After taking over Hays & Grapengater, CPA’s, P.A., he founded Allred & Company in 2019. He works with a variety of clients, with a strong focus on agricultural operations and individual tax planning.
Bios
A Clearwater High School and Wichita State University graduate, Wes is a longtime member of the AICPA and the Kansas Society of CPAs.
Outside the office, you’ll find him biking, running, watching sports, or spending time with his wife, Julie, and their children, Shay and Lance.
Tamara L. Roth, CPA
Senior Manager
Tammy grew up on a farm north of Holcomb and brings over 30 years of CPA experience to the firm. She holds a degree from Kansas State University and takes pride in delivering high-quality service and unwavering commitment to her clients.
Bios
Tammy enjoys life alongside her husband, Tim, co-owner of Roth Glass & Framing, LLC. Their children, Austin and Kristin, are proudly building their own futures. When tax season wraps up, you’ll often find Tammy fishing, relaxing on the lake, or cheering on football in the fall.
Shay Allred
Staff Accountant
Shay joined the firm in January 2022 and is currently completing her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting at Fort Hays State University. She grew up in Garden City and loves being close to home while building her career.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, being outdoors, puzzles, and time with her cats.
Calvin Stapp
Staff Accountant
Calvin joined Allred & Company in January 2025. Originally from Garden City, he spent time in Colby before returning home. He holds a BBA in Finance from Fort Hays State University and is currently working toward his accounting degree.
Calvin enjoys working out and staying active — whether he’s watching, playing, or coaching football.
Monica Martínez
Administrative Assistant
Monica joined the firm in May 2024 and keeps things running smoothly with her attention to detail, efficiency, and positive attitude.
Outside the office, she loves quality time and fun with her kids.
Molly Evans
Administrative Assistant
Molly has been part of the team since October 2024, supporting clients and staff with warmth and care every day.
When she’s not in the office, she’s cheering on her three kids at their many activities — and loving every minute.
